About the Journal

Aim & Scope

Radiant Journal of Business & Sustainability aims to publish original research and thought leadership that enriches understanding of how businesses can create economic value while contributing to environmental stewardship and social well-being. The journal encourages rigorous theoretical, empirical, and applied studies across a broad range of topics, including but not limited to the following;

General Management, HRM, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Sustainable Business Strategy & Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Ethics, Environmental Management & Green Practices, Sustainable Supply Chain & Operations,  Sustainability Reporting & Performance Measurement,  Public Policy & Governance, and Entrepreneurship. 

Peer Review Process

  • ‘Radiant Journal of Business & Sustainability’ publishes original articles which are not published before.
  • Our criteria for publication is that an article should make a theoretical or practical contribution in the relevant field. The study should provide useful guidelines for some key interest groups such as government, policymakers, bureaucracy, practitioners, academics, students, and so on.
  • General criteria such as novelty of the topic, academic relevance, rigor in methodology, grammar, formatting issues are also used as an indicator of the quality of an article. These criteria are used for judging the suitability of an article for publication.
  • The process of double-blind peer review is followed. An article once received are sent to the suitable reviewers who review the manuscript and assess its suitability for publication in our journal. A prescribed form is filled by the reviewer and sent to the editor. The final decision is made by the editorial board.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
